The study aimed to assess an NGO's laboratory-training program at the end of its three-year phase, to inform future directions and meet donor requirements. The evaluation examined the quality and effectiveness of training for laboratory technologists in two hospitals and ongoing provincial training. Methods included reviewing documents, conducting interviews, and observing training through an audit tool. Findings highlighted the NGO's positive contributions, identified areas for improvement, and provided recommendations for future program development.
