The overall objective of this project is improved access to quality and equitable health services by the populations Specific objectives To assess the rationality and proper distribution of BPHS heath facilities across 14 priority provinces; To understand the level of health facility functionality in 14 priority provinces; and To identify and analyze potential factors negatively impacting proper functioning of HFs, inequitable resource distribution, and limitations in service provision
