HPRO supported the implementation of the LOTFA MPTF COVID-19 Emergency Response Project’s monitoring framework by collecting data to assess progress and results against key outputs and indicators. The project also coordinated M&E efforts among partners and stakeholders from a third-party monitoring and evaluation perspective.
