The study aimed to assess and reflect on lessons learned from piloting the Life Saving Medical Support project for conflict-affected populations in Afghanistan. The evaluation focused on key aspects such as training, M&E, and supplies, analyzing their contributions to the project's success. A participatory approach was used, involving project staff, trainees, EPR representatives, and other relevant stakeholders. Specific areas of assessment included the program’s relevance, efficacy, resource allocation, and methodology.
