Description of Project

The evaluation aimed to assess whether the DTC followed best practices in drug dependency treatment and identify lessons for project improvement. A mixed-methods approach was used, including focus group discussions, in-depth interviews with stakeholders (such as patients, families, and government officials), direct observation of facility activities, and a relapse survey of former patients.
