The project aimed to equip 25 female lab technicians with the knowledge, skills, and attitudes needed to: - Deliver quality laboratory services supporting the health system. - Adhere to WHO-approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). - Apply biosafety and biosecurity measures in daily operations and lab management.
